Terms of Service

By using Kyaan ID you agree to these terms. They’re short because the deal is simple.

The service

Kyaan ID lets you create digital business cards, share them, and see how they perform. The service is currently free while in early access. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, nothing you already created will be taken away without notice.

Your content

You own what you put on your cards and you’re responsible for it. Don’t publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, or impersonates someone else. We may take down cards that abuse the service.

Availability

We work to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost opportunities arising from downtime or errors.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date above.
